Launched in London in 2009 by Guy Duder and James Lloyd, Porthminster Group is a Property Development and Investment company specialising in designing and building bespoke houses and apartments in Central and South-West London. With their combined knowledge and experience of the property market, Guy and James have an eye for an opportunity and have developed a formula that successfully turns a project around - converting ordinary properties into extraordinary homes.

Since its inception, Porthminster Group has delivered an impressive portfolio of completed projects in some of London’s most sought after postcodes, including Chelsea and South Kensington. With a focus on the high-end residential market, they strive to deliver the best possible results, adding value to their projects by maximising the internal spaces, using the highest quality finishes and innovative materials, as well as providing an element of luxury in the detail of the overall design. Each project is executed with a specific lifestyle in mind and every design influenced by the style and proportions of the building.
